Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Shared Content

Imported Content

When you import recipes from Instagram or other websites, you are responsible for ensuring your personal use complies with the original source's terms. NomNote is a personal recipe management tool, not a platform for republishing or distributing others' content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
